The Inn at Vint Hill
The Inn at Vint Hill is a gorgeous, historic landmark that sets the stage for memorable special events with its elegance, warmth and charm.
Originally purchased in 1911 by Philadelphia entrepreneur Mitchell Harrison, the building was renovated in 1916, converting the then-home to a Colonial Revival-style country house, doubling its original size. The mansion became a hub of Fauquier County society, with elegant parties for fashionable guests.
It later became the Officers’ Club and Quarters and, in 1992, the post commander transformed the facility into a community club and renamed it “The Inn at Vint Hill.” Today, with its inviting staff and accommodating hospitality, this retreat offers a timeless experience in the heart of Vint Hill.
Presently, the Inn functions as an elegant and picturesque venue for special occasions, such as weddings, anniversaries and private parties. The owners, the Donaldsons, are local legends in service; milestone events aside, they also offer a corporate-friendly setting that lends itself to private meetings, day retreats and retirement parties.
