Larry Weeks Community Pool

The Larry Weeks Community Pool is a 25-meter family pool with a water depth ranging from 2-6 feet. A separate children’s pool has a maximum depth of 2 feet and complements a water-drop misting mushroom, a squirt turtle, fountains, and a frog slide. Locker rooms, showers, a family changing room, and concession vending are part of the community pool facility.

The Village Green

The Village Green at Vint Hill is a community recreation center that offers basketball, volleyball, racquetball, pool and a fitness center. The center also boasts lighted tennis courts, grassy sports fields, outdoor basketball courts and family picnic shelters available for play and use by Fauquier County Parks and Rec.

Dog Park

Piedmont Dogs is a non-profit organization dedicated to building and maintaining public off-leash dog recreation areas for the enjoyment of Virginia Piedmont residents and their dogs. Vint Hill Dog Park is situated on 1.25 partially wooded acres at the corner of Aiken Drive and Kennedy Road in Vint Hill. The park is funded entirely on private donations and sponsorships and is open from dawn until dusk.

Lake Brittle

Lake Brittle is a 77-acre impoundment located at 4354 Lake Brittle Road, Warrenton. The lake offers a peaceful setting, good fishing, picnicking for the family, and abundant nature for the wildlife enthusiast. The lake’s average depth is about seven feet, and it has a maximum depth of 25 feet near the spillway tower. Lake Brittle supports a warm-water fish community that includes largemouth bass, bluegill, redear sunfish, black crappie, and channel catfish.
